Hello guys !! I hope you all are enjoying winters very well ..If u are not then don't be sad today i bring a very hot and yummmy tea..Yeah i am talking about your loved one Kashmiri tea, very simple but yummy recipe..You can serve it with a lot of dry fruits which you like most.
So make it home and enjoy this hottest tea in fogy winter ;)


 

Ingredients: 

Milk (2 cups) دودھ
 Warm Water (2 cups) گرم پانی
Cool Water (2 cups) ٹھنڈا پانی
Baking Soda ( 1 pinch) کھانے کا سوڈا
Green Cardamoms ( 2 to 3) الائچی
Star anise (1 to taste) بادین خطائی
Kashmiri tea leaves (2 tablespoon) پتی
Sugar (half cup) چینی
 Cream  (beaten) کریم
Chocolate (crushed) چاکلیٹ 
Almonds (crushed) بادام
Coconut (Powder) کھوپرا
Pistachio (crushed) پستا
Cashewnuts (crushed) کاجو
 

 

Way To Make:

In a Large Swisspan leave 2 cups of water ,kashmiri tea leaves and sugar for boiling
Add some ingredients like salt to taste and baking soda then mix boiled water in a good way,
Now switch off your stove and keep your pan aside,
You will see a dark pink/raddish colour
After the colour comes include some cold water in a pan,
This pinkish colour indicates that your tea is at right level
Start blending your boiled tea (Qahwa) through a long Ladle.
Atleast for 5 to 6 minutes Until it make change in pinkish colour.
Take another pan and boil milk in it ,add green cardamoms.
Pour boiled milk in already prepared tea (Qahwa).
Add one star anise (badian khatai) for make your tea more tastefull.
In the end boil this Kashmiri tea for 2 to 3 times.
Pour  this hotest kashimiri tea into cups and add one tablespoon beaten cream
Garnish it with crushed chocolate and dry fruits.
Serve it !! Enjoy it !!
