Hello Friends!!
Heavy weight is very bad and harmfull for our body i tell you that how to lose your  weight,i have some tips for you that you can apply soon you will smart and happy.

There are three tips of weight lose:

  
1) Take a Sauce pan add 2 glass of water and 2 tsp of cumin seeds then boil it low flame at just 10 minutes.Leave the stove then filter it in to glass ,add one tsp lemon juice and one tsp pure honey mix it well then drink it in morning time in vacant stomach.

2) Take a sauce pan open the low flame add one glass of water , one tespoon honey and one tespoon lemon juice mix it together and leav the stove .Drink in the morning time if your stomach is empty.

3) Do you know about curry leaves?? It is very good for our health, Daily Eat in morning time minimum 7 to 8 leaves you may eat .After Eating curry leaves drink neem warm water.Do this daily in the early morning ,You may soon smart and happy.


Eat Healthy fruits ... avoid rice please just eat low fat foods
