Rasmalai is a sweetest dessert and most loving dessert.All people of the whole world specially Pakistani and Indians..Its is homemade recipe of rasmalai for my readers,Enjoy this recipe with your family friends and your kids...


 

INGREDIENTS

Milk 1 litre دودھ
Dry Milk 1 cup خشک دودھ
Sugar 1 cup چینی
Egg 2 انڈا
Baking powder 1tsp
Flour  2 tsp اٹا
Ghee/Oil 2 tps گھی
Green Cardamom (5-6) الائچی
Pistachio (for  garnishing) پستہ
Almonds (for  garnishing) بادام
Khoa (100 gm) کھویا

COOKING WAY:

Boil milk, add green cardamom and Sugar to taste in a Swiss pan. 
Heat the milk for 5 to 10 mints and add khao now and left it at low heat.
On the other hand take a round bowl add dry milk,ghee/oil,flour,baking powder,beaten eggs and mix them together.
After knead that by hand make it like a very soft dough.
Make some small balls of that dough.
Afterward come back to milk , drop all these balls in boiled milk .
Now low your stove heat and left milk untill balls become double.
When your balls become double in size ,it indicates that your desert has cooked.
Now keep a side and cool it.
Your Ras malai is ready 
Garnish Sweetest Ras malai with pistachio and almonds.
