Hello Friends: Nihari is very delicious and all over world famous dish,This is very tasty and yummy dish.i like very much this dish.I made tasty nihari all time for our followers.Made nihari and serve with green chillis and lemon. You must try ok. So lets start yummy nihari..


Ingredients:

  • Beaf  (1 kg)
  • Onion (1-2 cut the circles )
  • Pure Ghee (2 tsp)
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli (1 tsp)
  • Sounth Powder (1 tsp)
  • Aniseed powder (1 tsp)
  • Water (1 jug)
  • Wheat (2 tsp Roast) 
  • Ginger (for serve)
  • Lemon (for serve)

 

Cooking:

  • Take the Pressure Cooker add the ghee and onion then Cook until the Light golden brown.
  • When it Becomes light Golden Brown add all meet and cook 15 minutes.
  • When It cook 15 minutes add salt,aniseed,sounth,red chilli and mix it all.
  • Now add the jug of water and cover the pressure cooker.and heat is low flame For About half hour. 
  • Now take a Small bowl add wheat and cup of water and mix it.
  • When the Beaf is Almost Cooked,add the gravy of wheat.
  • Now take a pan add oil 2 tsp and half onion circle slices cook until golden brown.
  • When it golden brown open the Cooker and Put in it.
  • Serve Hot And Delicious nihari with lemon,ginger and naan.
