GOL GAPPY:
Hello guys today i have a spicy and yummy stuff for you.A very unique and easiest recipe for our viewer. Today our recipe is about Gol gappy. It is so traditional, delicious and tasty food , mostly like in Asia.
Ingredients:
Gol Gappy:-- Wheat Flour (3 Small tsp)
- Semolina (Half Kg)
- Lightly Hot Water
- Oil
For Sour Water:-
- Tarmarind (1 Quarter)
- Salt (half tsp)
- Black Salt (1 Pinch)
- White Cumin (1 Pinch)
- 3 Jug Of Water
For Sauce:-
- Chilli Sauce (3 to 4 tsp)
- Soya Sauce (3 to 4 tsp)
- Ginger-Garlic Paste (1 tsp)
- Salt to Taste
- Sugar To Taste
- Ketchup (3 to 4 tsp)
- Onion 1 (Chopped)
- Oil (1 tsp)
- Potato (1 Boiled)
- Onion (1 Chopped)
- Yogurt (1 Quarter)
- White Chick peas (1 cup boiled)
Recipe:
- Take a clean mixing bowl then add Semolina and wheat flour then knead with a water to form dough.Cover up with plastic sheet and leave it for half hour.
- Now take a dough and make it flat then take a round shape cuter and cut it in to small round pieces.
- Fry all these Round pieces until their Colour comes light golden brown.
- After Light Brown colour Press them by steel spoon.
- After Fried Put off gol gappas and place in some airy place.
- They should like a crispy ball.
- For sour Water:
- In a Jar add Tarmarind Paste,salt,white cumin,black salt and water and blend them.
- Mix it well
- For Sauce:
- Put a pan add oil , onion, Garlic paste and cook it till golden brown.then add chilli sauce,soya sauce,sugar, salt ,ketchup and cook for a few seconds.
- Now Your dish is ready,serve gol gappas with tasty sauce,sour water,potatoes,onion and white chick peas.
- Enjoy your meal.
